These olives have been marinated in oregano, olive oil, lemon and rosemary. Enjoy as a side dish anytime. They contain a mixure of galega and manzilla olives picked from the merkado olive grove and perserved with salt for 3 months in our olive shop. Then they are washed and marinated with the herbs mentioned above and will last for 3 weeks after opened.
