Meet our feather-brained recycling department! We have 14 wonderful chickens whose primary superpower is laying your breakfast daily.
They are also our top-tier waste management team, eating almost any leftovers we throw their way. Even better? They turn those scraps into premium, high-powered fertilizer for our veggie garden. They truly are the ultimate sustainable workers!

Welcome to our farming adventure! We started with zero experience and a dream. Our main goal? Find some grass-eating experts to join our landscaping crew.
Finding them wasn't easy. Local farmers wouldn't sell to us, so we braved a real livestock auction. We walked away with 16 sheep! Fast forward to today, and our woolly team has grown to 22 wonderful fluffballs. During your visit, you will get to meet the whole crew—including Jumper (our resident high-leap champion) and Dotty (who is just as sweet and quirky as her name suggests). They are an absolute joy, and they cannot wait to meet you during your visit!
Ezy joined us from the Odemira dog home, where he spent his days in a small cage. Now, he’s living his best life in the wide-open spaces of the farm.
Ezy has a bit of a quirky obsession—he absolutely loves olive oil! You’ll often find him happily munching on olive branches, and we’ve officially named him our Chief Olive Oil Taster. He now joined by his girlfriend Sasha. Sasha joined us as her family moved back to Venezula so we took her in and she has become an excellent play mate for Ezy. However, she needs a bit of training to be a sheep dog.
